i. The Right Product, Guaranteed - If, within the first 3 months of ownership, you decide for whatever reason that the product you have selected is not right for you, we will happily exchange it, applying its full value towards a replacement product.
ii. Superior Performance, Guaranteed - Our products all come with a comprehensive manufacturer warranty; however, many of the components are covered for only a year, and often labour is not included. At Comox Fireplace & Patio we top up the manufacturer warranty with our own "bumper to bumper" in store warranty, covering both parts and labour for a period of either 3 years or 5 years, depending on the product.
